This latest offering from the Midnight Riot stable and Berlin producer Jack Tennis comes with four mixes to choose from. In its Original form, 'Holding On' sits right on the disco/house cusp and sports both a soulful male vocal and some fine squelching acid. Pete Le Freq's remix brings the fat bassline and some excellent jazz-funk guitar picking to the fore, while fairly self-explanatory Dub and Radio Edit rubs complete the package. Reminiscent, albeit only in the vaguest way possible, of Peyton's 'Higher Place' from yesteryear, don't be surprised if 'Holding On' achieves Ibiza anthem status this summer.
