Greek producer Dim Zach has been successfully plying his trade as a DJ - and latterly producer - for the best part of three decades. Innocence marks the first appearance on Midnight Riot from the self-styled "Balearic vibes master". He hits the ground running, doffing a cap to the rush-inducing electrofunk-soul of Imagination on dreamy synth-heavy opener "Innocence". In true Balearic fashion, he reaches for the acoustic guitars on tactile, 103 BPM shuffler "Abigail" before gently jogging into sun-kissed nu-disco territory on chiming, Italo-disco influenced bubbler "Do You". Those looking for a more peak-time tempo should head to "Amour Inconditionel", a wonderfully rich and colourful tribute to classic Italian dream house full of whispered female vocals, tumbling chords and looped organ riffs.
